When is the last time you sat down and reviewed your CGP (career growth plan) with your manager and let them know loud and clear what you want at work (promotion, raise, scope change) and most importantly WHEN you want it? Don't wait until your annual performance review to get on the same page. Be bold and ask for what you want. 👊
